Lady Barbara is a wonderful advocate for helping others find what this word means for them, and will be visiting the Wise Woman Center in Woodstock, where she apprenticed many years ago, to bless participants with her knowledge and experience.
In a class with her, learn to expand the nourishment you absorb from what you eat. As well, explore how to nourish your self through belly dancing, 'ingesting' music, and using visualizations. Before the class ends, be sure you will discover exactly what in your own life can truly nourish you, and leave with the encouragement to really go for it.
