An exclusive new lifestyle survey shows that three-quarters of peoples health has been affected by stress and a third of people have had a quarter-life or identity crisis.

A new survey has looked at peoples lives from end to end, and has some surprising findings relating to modern relationships, careers, wellbeing, social lives and support structures. Coaching website www.lifecoachforyou.com carried out the survey in the first half of 2004, and the survey shows just how much individuals want to have, do and be more in their lives.

London, UK (PRWEB) July 20, 2004 -- According to the survey carried out by LifeCoachForYou, people really do want to have, do and be more, but aren't sure how to go about getting what they want. Some of the survey findings are shown below.

Wellbeing
- 72% of people would like to be more confident, with people rating themselves as 67% confident on average.
- Nearly 6 out of 10 people have been depressed in the past, and of those 3 out of 10 still are.
- 37% of people stated that theyve experienced some kind of quarter-life or identity crisis.
