Groundbreaking on Huntcrest Market in Lawrenceville - Gwinnett County, Georgia

Atlanta, GA, July 18, 2004 -- Retail Brokers, LLC, who is one of Atlantas premier retail brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking for Huntcrest Market. Huntcrest Market has been designed to have a hometown look and feel for a more relaxed shopping environment. Huntcrest Market is centrally located to I-85 North on Old Peachtree Road within the Huntcrest mixed-use development, which consists of 416 acres of retail, office, residential and hotel use. The specialty retail center will include Wachovia Bank on an outparcel and ± 12,600 square feet of shop space. Tenants in the center will consist of a restaurant and other exciting retail tenants.

Huntcrest Market is scheduled to open in Fall 2004.
