iGames Entertainment Hit with Fraud Lawsuit
iGames Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IGME - News) along with its CEO Christopher Wolfington were named as defendants in a complaint filed by the former shareholders of Available Money, Inc.
WILMINGTON, DE July 17, 2004 --- iGames Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IGME - News) along with its CEO Christopher Wolfington were named as defendants in a complaint filed by the former shareholders of Available Money, Inc.
The verified complaint was filed in the US District Court in Delaware. The complaint arises out of iGames purchase of Available Money, Inc. in January 2004. The Complaint seeks rescission of the Available Money Inc. sale due to non-payment of over $2,000,000 that is owed to former Available shareholders by Wolfington and iGames. The Complaint also asks for general and specific damages for fraud and breach of contract.
This Complaint marks the second time this year that iGames has been named as a defendant in a United States District Court action for money owed.
