LifeBio.coms Road of Life Adventure" Seeks Ordinary People with Extraordinary Life Stories

LifeBio, Inc., the leading online personal history company, believes that everyone has a story to tell and they need to tell it. From August 1 to August 7, the company will travel via the MemoryMobile and conduct free audio interviews, present workshops on why and how to tell life stories and give away old-fashioned wooden YoYos, traveling through the Midwest. People they meet will pick LifeBio questions from a traveling treasure chest and share memories through audio and written recordings.

(PRWEB) July 22, 2004 -- LifeBio.com, the leading online personal history company, will empower and inspire people to write their life stories while taking a 7-day road trip from August 1 to August 7 through the Midwest.

Beth Sanders, founder and president of www.LifeBio.com, will travel with her father, a Vietnam War veteran, to meet thousands of Americans with stories to share. Along the way, they will distribute old-fashioned wooden YoYos as a reminder of long-forgotten childhood memories, conduct free audio interviews with seniors and veterans and present workshops on why and how to share memories and experiences-before its too late.

Beth Sanders is serious about the need for more people to make a lasting record. People have so much to share. Instead of reality TV, lets talk about REALITY. The REAL people we love are passing away with no written legacy. We must share our roots, our values and our familys beliefs with present and future generations," says Sanders.

She adds, Maybe if people know that LifeBio can make it easier than ever and affordable, they will finally get started and experience the peace of mind that comes from completing their own or a loved ones story. It is such a relief to know that it wont be lost."

Sanders will kickoff the trip in her hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania on Sunday, August 1 by distributing YoYos at Presque Isle State Park at 2 p.m. near the Waterworks playground and picnic area. A convertible Mustang MemoryMobile, covered with life story pictures, will be the preferred mode of transportation for the road trip.

On Monday, August 2, Sanders will visit the Pennsylvania Soldiers and Sailors Home and conduct an audio interview with a veteran beginning at 8:30 a.m. and interview a senior at the Fairhill Center in Cleveland in the afternoon. More visits will follow at the St. Patrick's Center in Detroit on August 3 and in Chicago on August 4 and August 5. Stops are also planned in Columbus, Ohio at the North Market on Friday, August 6 with their return to Marysville, Ohio on Saturday, August 7.

The Road of Life Adventure will feature a traveling treasure chest of LifeBios carefully-crafted questions to pose to people on public streets and roads where stops are made. These will be compiled in the journey journal that will be Emailed after the trip. In addition, seniors and veterans memories and experiences will be recalled at senior centers in cities including Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago.

Sanders will also present a workshop at Transitions Bookplace in Chicago on Wednesday, August 4 at 7 p.m. describing the value of life story writing and prompting the audience to recall childhood memories. Sanders book, the LifeBio Memory Journal will be featured at the event.

To keep LifeBios online community informed, Beth Sanders will be blogging" from the road to share the interesting people and places visited. Sanders will even include audio blogs that will capture the voices from the journey. From August 1 through August 7, visit www.lifebio.com and click on Road of Life Adventure" at the bottom of the home page for more details. Digital photos from the road will also be uploaded.

Beth Sanders, LifeBios founder and author of the LifeBio Memory Journal, was inspired to form the company in 2000 after reflecting on the impact of an impromptu interview with her grandmother.
