KLEWIN BREAKS GROUND ON 718,000 Square Foot "FAST TRACK" CASINO TO BE COMPLETED IN 18 MONTHS

Klewin Building Company, based in Norwich, Connecticut, broke ground recently on a new "fast-tracked" Casino. Located in Niagara Falls, New York, the facility is a 718,000 square foot, 26-story Spa Hotel which will house 600 rooms, three restaurants, a full service spa, a multipurpose theater and 35,000 square feet of gaming and is estimated for completion in just 18 months.

Sound unlikely? Not to Klewin or to the multitude of clients for which they have successfully completed over six million square feet of construction to date at a pace sometimes far exceeding “fast-tracking;” to be coined “flash-tracking.”

The company gives much of the credit to “the skills and dedication of our employees, subcontractors and consultants working on the job” and it is clear these projects would not get completed on time without a significant team effort. To complete the Niagara Falls Spa Hotel, Klewin and its partners will have crews working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Under a design build contract, Klewin constructed Phase I of the Seneca Niagara Casino, 333,000 square feet in just 100 days earning the praise of both the Seneca Tribe and, regional and state officials.
