THIS IS TO MAKE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE THAT THE LETTER OF AGREEMENT (BELOW) BETWEEN NORTHERN FX PRODUCTIONS DAVID WASZAK AND SPECTRE PUBLISHING AND JEFFRY SCOTT HANSEN HAS RUN ITS COURSE AND IS NOW NULL AND VOID.

This letter is to verify that David Michael Waszak of Northern FX Productions LLC was delivered (and received via email) a screenplay titled Warpath: The Six-Mile Syndicate by Jeffry Scott Hansen of Spectre Publishing on February 22nd 2003. That said screenplay is the Copyrighted Property of Jeffry Scott Hansen based on the novel WARPATH an original idea and story by Jeffry Scott Hansen, and that it was delivered to David Michael Waszak for the sole purpose of review for future editing and rewriting of said screenplay. That David Michael Waszak has stated that one other person identified, as Adam Barker will also be reviewing said screenplay for future editing and rewriting. It is understood that Jeffry Scott Hansen holds the right of final rewrite and creative control of any and all versions that are derived from said screenplay. However it is also the right of David Michael Waszak to refuse to produce any version he does not see as viable. It is the intent of listed parties to produce Warpath: The Six-Mile Syndicate into a feature length motion picture, to be released at a date in the near future.

This letter establishes a professional relationship with listed parties only and has no bearing with any future contracts between said parties. It establishes the date for which Jeffry Scott Hansen submitted said screenplay to David Michael Waszak and the intent for David Michael Waszak to promote, produce and pitch the screenplay to relevant parties, i.e. investors, producers, directors and actors. It is also accepted that Jeffry Scott Hansen will have input and will be notified of any and all changes to the screenplay and any possible talent, director, producer or investors names and corporate affiliations that may come from the promotion of screenplay.

THE ABOVE LETTER OF AGREEMENT HAS NOT BEEN MET AND IS HEREBY DISSOLVED THIS 24TH DAY OF JULY 2004.
