Ms United States 2005

Brandy Baham of Westwego, Louisiana, was crowned the new Ms United States 2005, this past weekend in Orlando, Florida at the beautiful Caribe Royale Resort & Convention Center during competitions held July 14-17, 2004.

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) August 3, 2004 -- Brandy is a 23 -year-old Junior currently attending the University of New Orleans, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Brandy is a Pre-Law Major, and plans to pursue a Law Degree at the prestigious Tulane University School of Law. Brandy gives back to her community by participating as Big Sister" to underprivileged children in New Orleans, and volunteers at Bids for Kids" Charity events.

No stranger to pageants, Brandy has held many titles including Miss News on Wheels, Ms Hawaiian Tropic & Ms Jefferson Parish.

Brandy is an active young lady who stays physically fit by enjoying Pilates & Kickboxing. Her hobbies include paying sports, shopping, working out, dancing and watching football.

A nationally recognized program for young women ages 20 +, the United States Pageants systems select contestants who are well-rounded confident, intelligent, beautiful, and committed to family & community. The new Ms United States is someone who will be selected based on her inner self-confidence, who is sincere and genuine, and one that will be able to make a difference in the world around us.

Contestants in the Ms United States Pageant competed in the following categories: Panel Interview, Swimsuit, Evening Gown and on stage personality interview.
