(PRWEB) August 3, 2004 -- This is a six-month contest, perfect for art collectors who love high-quality original art! The contest starts on August 14, 2004, and ends on Valentine's Day, Feb 14, 2005.
Details:
All of the original brush-and-ink art (32 drawings) contained in O'Vivian's newly released book, "Diary of a Seeker: A Book of Poetry, Songs, and Art," will be placed on auction at eBay.
There will be approximately one drawing on auction each week.
The starting bid for each drawing will be $1.00, with No Reserve. These will be true auctions--going to the highest bidder.
The collectors who own the most original drawings from the book at the time the contest ends--on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2005--win the contest!
First, Second, and Third Place Winners will be announced the beginning of March, 2005, and each winner will be awarded prizes to help complete their collection.
The contest is open internationally -- all art lovers and art collectors welcome!
O'Vivian has spent a lifetime writing and painting. She enjoys painting impressionist art, as well as her own unique styles of art, and she has won several awards for her paintings. She holds degrees in psychology and sociology, and has long been fascinated by the seemingly universal quest for a more meaningful existence.
