Experienced Chief Financial Officer joins council and lends talent

With the addition of Mr. Cohen, the advisory council is now complete with seven seasoned business professionals lending their talent and experience to the growth of e-motion software.

Mr. Cohen brings diverse experience and knowledge to the committee, leveraging his vast experience and knowledge. With his acceptance of a one-year renewable term, e-motion gains valuable industry and financial management experience that will be critical to future growth and expansion of the company.

Mr. Cohen has more than thirty years of financial experience, including seventeen years as the CFO of four different Boston, MA area public and private companies.

Currently, Mr. Cohen is an independent consultant who acts as a chief financial officer, adding value to a series of smaller companies which need an experienced senior financial executive on a part-time basis.

From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Cohen was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Applied Recycling, Inc., a technology based start-up company.

From 1989 to 1995, he was the Chief Financial Officer and a Partner of The Boston Financial Group, one of the nations ten largest real-estate investment management firms and one of the top twenty managers of multi-family housing.

Mr. Cohen holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree from Harvard College. He is a member of Financial Executives International and the Treasurers' Club of Boston. He has an NASD Series 27 certification, and is a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.
