With the general release of Password Reset, Oracle® clients can finally relieve the System Administrators of the manual task of resetting passwords. Moreover, they can do so safely and securely, without concern of compromising inherent Oracle® security or their product support agreement.

The product now provides an automated solution permitting the user to reset their password based on customizable set of validation criterion. The product also provides the functionality allowing users to perform a look-up of their assigned username.

More importantly, an email address is not required. This allows companies to roll this product out to employees that do not have corporate email accounts, such as warehouse personal. As S.
