(PRWEB) August 4, 2004 -- Justice Through Music (JTM), www.jtmp.org, a non-profit organization, has released its ROCK YOUR RIGHTS DVD featuring 20 bands, including Yellowcard, Indigo Girls, Violent Femmes, Sleater-Kinney, OAR, Cypress Hill, STUN and others, discussing civil rights and voting. JTM registers young people to vote and will be distributing hundreds of thousands of the DVDs to schools and voter drives free to inspire youth to go to the polls in November. The DVD includes three get-out-the-vote PSAs and a fact section with hundreds of facts from dozens of informed organizations. This DVD is provocative, fast moving and hard hitting in discussing topics such as the war, the drug war, the death penalty, women's rights, freedom of expression, privacy, due process and voting. There is no sanitized adult speak here, just refreshing candor, mixed in with live concert footage, interviews with students and facts flashed throughout the DVD. This is the stuff that turns on young people, and will inspire millions to think, act and vote. jtmpinfo@comcast.net
