Derek will be responsible for all worldwide services functions including business consulting, solution implementation, training, maintenance and support. Derek joins the company with over years of 15 years of experience managing and delivering services for Fortune 500 customers. Most recently he served as VP of Professional Services of Extensity (now part of GEAC Computers), where he helped build the services function from inception into a multi-million dollar services organization, managed implementation partners such as Capgemini and KPMG, and delivered solutions serving thousands of users across 30 countries. Dereks previous experience includes management roles at TCSI, TRW, and Firemans Fund Insurance.
