With over 20 years as an executive in the service sector, Donna brings extensive management experience in professional services, customer relationship management, and business operations.

Lexington, MA - August 3, 2004 - Webhire Inc., a leader in talent management solutions, recently announced that Donna DeAngelis has joined the company as its new Vice President of Client Services. With over 20 years as an executive in the service sector, Donna brings extensive management experience in professional services, customer relationship management, and business operations.

Prior to her employment with Webhire, Donna was a VP in Marketing at Digitas, one of the top ten global professional services organizations providing marketing solutions to Fortune 100 companies. While there, she drove highly successful marketing and customer management strategies for her clients including Microsoft, Allstate, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, USA Funds and Morgan Stanley. Prior to Digitas, Donna was the Associate Vice President of Operations for Tufts Health Plan where she directed a re-engineering of the customer services program yielding a substantial increase in customer satisfaction while dramatically decreasing operating costs. She also led a joint venture between EDS and Harvard Community Health Plan to leverage the use of technology in the delivery of health care services.
