KUA VP Finance Among Nation's 300 Best

Joseph Hostetler was selected from among 100,000 finance professionals nationwide.

KISSIMMEE, FL (PRWEB) August 5, 2004 -- Joseph Hostetler, vice president of finance and risk management at Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA), on Tuesday was named one of the nations top 300 professionals in treasury and finance by the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).

Hostetler was selected from among 100,000 finance professionals nationwide.

Hostetler joined the utility in 1987 as accounting supervisor and was promoted to his current position in 1988. He holds an accounting degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Rollins College.

AFP is a professional organization for business financial managers. It provides training, certification and other professional development services to its members. AFP is an advocate for financial professionals and lobbies for improved industry standards and systems. The organization also publishes AFP Exchange, a bimonthly magazine. AFP has more than 14,000 members in the U.S.
