Kozlowski and Executive Chef Chris Williams have put together a culinary and service team second to none. Much work has been done to not duplicate but to actually out-do big city Prime steakhouses from coast to coast. Weve searched out only the finest meats, chops, and locally sourced ingredients and have spared no expense creating the finest dining experience possible," noted Koz, who also is credited with the inspiration for the early culinary renaissance of Downtown Dover with his wildly successful and award- winning Crescent City Bistro & Rum Bar.
