As Playlist approaches its debut night, we have added an interview with internationally-renowned iPod expert, Dr. Michael Bull. Bull takes a look at how personal technology can become part of the collective experience.
"We are more complicated than the cultural industry would like us to be - hopefully beyond commodification," he says, observing that Sony "lost the plot" with its Walkman product line.
You'll find the interview in the 'Science' tab on the left, or here at http://www.ipod-dj.com/thescience.html
