COPAA strongly condemns the cowardly attack on Mr. Shaukat Aziz
The Council of Pakistan American Affairs (COPAA), strongly condemns the cowardly attack on Mr. Shaukat Aziz; the Finance Minister of Pakistan. The Council is deeply saddened by the innocent lives lost during this attack. We express our condolences to the families of those that lost their lives during this attack.
(PRWEB) August 6, 2004 -- The Council of Pakistan American Affairs (COPAA), strongly condemns the cowardly attack on Mr. Shaukat Aziz; the Finance Minister of Pakistan. The Council is deeply saddened by the innocent lives lost during this attack. We express are condolences to the families of those that lost their lives during this attack.
Hamid Malik President of COPAA said The entire Pakistani community living in United States joins me in sending their condolences to the families of those that died in this attack. We are also very concerned about the safety of Mr. Shaukat Aziz and we ask that Pakistan take special measures to protect Mr. Aziz." He further emphasized that a very thorough investigation should take place and those responsible should be punished to the full extent of the law. Hamid Malik added such cowardly attacks should have no place in the body politic of Pakistan"
