Launched at this years Cannes Film Festival, the 10 Sec Film Fest has already gathered some of the best 10 Sec Films from the farthest corners of the globe for your viewing pleasure. All films in the festival are ten seconds or less and can be made using anything from the more traditional video camera or animation software to the less conventional video phones, CCTV or web cams.
