Sandi had previously been a very successful designer with Home and Garden Party but she set her goals even higher for this year winning recognition for personal sales, group sales, sponsoring and overall achievement. Sandi Pace was recognized at Home & Garden Partys National Rally that was held in Nashville, TN in July, 2004. This also earned her a $1,000 bonus, which is given to all designers that sell over $100,000 during the Rally year. In addition to this, she also received awards for the $50,000 Club" for selling at least $50,000 during the year and the Chairmans Excellence Award" which recognizes Designers who have sold at least $2,000 for twelve consecutive months.

Sandi was also recognized this rally year in the Half Million Dollar Court. This award is given to leaders based on the combined sales of their first three levels of designers. Sandis team, The Pacesetters, accomplished a major achievement this year by exceeding this mark. This achievement was a result of endless hours of support and encouragement that Sandi provides to each designer on her team of over 120.

Sponsoring new designers into the company comes with many challenges. The company awards a $500 bonus to every designer that sponsors 10 people into the company each year and $1,000 bonus for those who sponsor 20 or more. Sandi Pace was the first runner up this year in sponsoring with a total of 29 qualified designers. With this honor for sponsoring and for her achievement in sales, Sandi was the only Designer in the Company to receive two $1,000 bonuses for her success throughout the year.

To round off Sandis numerous accomplishments this year she was awarded the very prestigious honor of the Red Rose of Excellence" for the month of July, 2003. The recipient of this honor is hand picked every month by the Company President, Penny Carlile. This award is given to Designers who exemplify a total commitment to excellence during that month and throughout the year.
