mTuitive, Inc. adds two new directors to its board.

Two experienced technology industry executives, Ted Theodores and John M. Sloane, have joined the mTuitive Board of Directors world-class business development executive and technology visionary bolster mTuitives group of key advisors.

Osterville, MA (PRWEB) August 7, 2004 -- mTuitive, Inc., a leader in clinical data entry and knowledge-based decision support for clinicians today announced that Ted Theodores and John M. Sloane have been named to the mTuitive Board of Directors.

In 1998, Ted retired from EG&G, Inc. as Vice President, Corporate Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. His function included the search, evaluation, negotiation, and structuring of strategic partnerships, acquisitions, divestitures and venture capital investments. His business development function included participation in the management of major competitive-bid government facilities service contracts such as the Kennedy Space Center. He has served on several high-technology corporate Boards and, since his retirement, has continued to provide business development consulting services. He is currently a Director on three other corporate Boards and is Director of Development and enthusiastic participant in the art-related activities of the Cape Cod Art Association. Ted lives in Barnstable Village.

John Sloane was the technical visionary and co-founder of Software 2000-Infinium Software in Hyannis, MA. John is a native of Belfast, Ireland and graduated from the Queens University of Belfast, with a BS degree in Economics in 1971, from Bristol University, (Bristol, U.K.) in 1973, with a postgraduate Dip. Ed. in mathematics, and from Boston University with an MS in Computer Science in 1987. After leaving Infinium, John has been a managing director in the Clarence Funds, an early stage venture capital fund.

Ted will assume the new position of Vice Chairman of the Board and assist the Directors and the Operating Staff in capital planning, strategic business agreements, and development of sales and marketing channels. John's broad technical expertise, business background, and successful investing experience are welcomed by the company.
