Where IT meets Art

Artabus is launching a new service on its virtual galleries : a system which is able to automatically detect the palette used by an artist.

Paris (PRWEB) August 7, 2004 -- After months of theorical research, Artabus is proud to announce an exclusive service for each artwork presented in the virtual gallery. The visitor can now discover which color palette was used by the artist to paint his work, and the ratio for each color.

The computer analyses in real time the painting and prints the amount of colors which were used.

Visitors can now take a look at the palette when observing a painting, which facilitates another perception of the work.

Artabus is the only virtual gallery providing this new service, increasing the user experience.

Artabus ( http://www.artabus.com ) is a virtual gallery hosting more than a hundred artists with 3400 paintings, sculpture or drawings. With a few million visits each year, Artabus is the first virtual gallery on Internet.
