Monaco Forensic Computing Conference invites international participation.

n-gate ltd. is supporting the first e-crime and computer evidence conference, to be held in Monaco in March 2005. Several international speakers have already submitted abstracts for presentation and Warren G. Kruse will be running a special workshop on network forensic examination.

(PRWEB) August 8, 2004 -- n-gate ltd. has taken a bold step in agreeing to support and organise an international e-crime and computer evidence scheduled for March 29th and 30th 2005. The event will be held in the Columbus Hotel, Monaco.

The conference chairmain will be Angus Marshall, currently of the UK's University of Hull, who works closely with police and other law-enforcement bodies as a forensic examiner and advisor on computer investigations. He is being assisted by Brian Tompsett (University of Hull,UK), Natasha Semmens (University of Sheffield,UK) and Brian Carrier (Purdue University, USA).

The conference aims to bring together academics, researchers and practitioners from all over the world to discuss advanced topics in e-crime, forensic computing, computer criminology and digital evidence and will include a wide range of papers and workshops.

The call for papers closes on 27th August and a full list of abstracts will be released shortly after this date.
