Now, thanks to Madacy Kids and famed photographer Tom Arma, families can welcome traditional children's favorites into their hearts and keep them close through his delightful new CD collection.

Four new English-language CDs "Playtime Songs," "Animal Songs," "Heavenly Lullabies" and "Christmas Favorites," each contain a variety of classic songs perfect for babies and toddlers’ introduction to music. Madacy Latino offers a Spanish language series of four CDs "Primeras Canciones," "Mis Animalitos," "Colores, Formas y Números" and "Pequeña Navidad" for Hispanic families. Each CD is approximately 40 minutes and will be available August 24, 2004 for a suggested retail price of $7.98. Recommended for newborn and up, each CD includes a bonus growth chart and downloadable screensaver.

"Playtime Songs" compiles playtime favorites such as "Roll Over (Six in a Bed)," "Pat-a-cake, Pat-a-cake" and "It’s Playtime" for babies to enjoy during daytime activities. "Animal Songs" sparkles with tons of sing-a-long fun with animal-inclusive favorites like "Baa Baa Black Sheep," "Six Little Ducks" and "The Farmer in the Dell." Over one hour of soothing lullabies is offered for babies and moms alike in "Heavenly Lullabies," including "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and "Greensleeves." Holiday time is made more special with "Christmas Favorites," a collection of gentle instrumental versions of classic carols like "Jingle Bells," "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Silent Night."

"Primeras Canciones" (First Songs) is a collection of soothing lullabies including "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star," "All Through the Night" and "Brahms' Lullaby." "Mis Animalitos" (My Little Animals) brings together 25 traditional Spanish sing-alongs highlighting popular game songs passed on from generation to generation like "Brinca La Tablita" and "Martinillo." "Colores, Formas y Números" (Colors, Shapes and Numbers) is a new collection of original songs to teach these basic concepts to children. "Pequeña Navidad" celebrates the holidays with instrumental favorites like "Peces en el Rio," (Fish in the River), "Rudolph, el Reno de la Nariz Roja" (Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer) and "Frosty el Muñeco de Nieve" (Frosty the Snowman).

Tom Arma began his photographic career as the youngest staff photographer at the New York Daily News, where his diverse assignments garnered him hundreds of journalism awards. He later requested reassignment to the paper's magazine section, where he photographed many famous stars and luminaries. Eventually leaving journalism to open his own studio and concentrate on magazine and advertising work, he shot successful campaigns for Fortune 500 companies as well as covers for numerous prestigious publications. He began working with babies in 1972 and his work photographing costumes children graced the covers of magazines throughout the 80s. His costumed cuties have been featured in magazines, are the subjects of many books and can be seen on a wide variety of consumer products including Halloween costumes, puzzles, greeting cards and diapers.
