ZaharaSoft LLC Releases ModelerX Code Creation Software for Java, C#, VB.Net, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle

Venetia, PA (PRWEB) August 11, 2004 --- ZaharaSoft LLC today announced the first publicly available release of its ModelerX software. ModelerX version 2004.2 is designed to reduce software development time by allowing developers to automatically create business models and code for the most popular combinations of software languages and databases. Using ModelerX, developers can move quickly from design to compiled and working business models for 13 combinations of software languages and databases. Supported software languages are Java, C#, and VB.Net. Supported databases are MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.

The ModelerX interface allows software developers to specify business model namespaces/packages and associated classes; database storage information; relationships between classes; and stored procedure options.

Modeler X differs from other current technology in its ability to specify business models and to create a bridge between the software languages and databases in a software project. ModelerX allows developers to use keyboard entry. Similar tools require the use of multiple windows as well as the keyboard, slowing the business model creation process. ModelerX also provides the correct conversion options between software language types and database storage types.

ModelerX creates an appropriate SQL script for the database being used in the project. The script contains stored procedures when that option is selected.

In addition to code and SQL script generation, ModelerX creates Jakarta Ant buildfiles (http://jakarta.apache.org) or Microsoft nmake files (http://microsoft.com) as well as JUnit unit test classes (http://junit.org) or NUnit test classes (http://www.nunit.org). Developers can then compile the code, run the SQL script on the database, and execute the unit test cases.
