ASG Security Acquires Four Texas Security Companies in Last 30 Days
ASG Security completed four more acquisitions in Texas during the last month, adding over 6,300 new customer accounts and $175,000 in recurring monthly renevue to its already largest operating region.
Beltsville, Maryland (PRWEB) August 11, 2004 -- Alarm Security Group, LLC (ASG Security"), announced today that it completed four strategic acquisitions in Texas during the past 30 days. These acquisitions are ideal for us in that they fold directly into our existing operating footprint and create further customer density in our key market areas," commented ASG CEO, Joe Nuccio. The largest of these acquisitions is the purchase of 4,200 customer accounts from an unnamed company. The transaction nets ASG $108,000 in new recurring monthly revenue in areas where ASG already operates including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi.
The acquisition of Transtate Security in Laredo, Texas, includes 1,100 customer accounts and $38,000 in recurring monthly revenue. This transaction increases market density in ASGs Rio Grande Valley operations, anchored by its Argus Security Systems brand. Transtate is a well established security company in the Laredo market with a rich blend of commercial and residential customers.
Brinkman Security is a unique buy for ASG in that it establishes the company with a presence in the Marble Falls/Horseshoe Bay Hill Country" of Texas. Operating under the same ownership for more than 26 years, Brinkman Security protects primarily high-end homes and local businesses and boasts many affluent and famous clients including retired astronaut Jim Lovell and retired Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach. The acquisition includes 725 new customer accounts, $18,800 in recurring monthly revenue and a small employee base.
ASG also acquired Advance-Tech Security, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. $10,500 in recurring monthly revenue and 300 new customer accounts will fold directly into ASGs San Antonio operations.
