Thousands of HR professionals have logged on to HR.com for informative online events.
Toronto, CANADA (August 10, 2004). HR.com, the largest Web destination in North America for senior HR professionals, is providing an innovative, cost effective series of Online Learning Events to help our partners build thought leadership, generate sales, and develop long-term relationships with their clients. In the month of June, we educated more than 7000 HR professionals in best practices and top trends.
In that same month, HR.com conducted 21 live, online learning events on such topics as Employee Engagement and Effectively Tracking and Measuring the Recruiting Processes. Guests included such thought leaders as Joyce Gioia and Roger Nierenberg.
The attendance at these events varied, with the most popular drawing an audience of 1,000 HR professionals. The success was felt by both HR.com and by several vendors.
Development Dimensions International (DDI) used the forum to help leverage their business. William Byham, CEO of DDI, presented Employee Engagement: The New Business Imperative to an audience of more than 400 people - LIVE. In the weeks after the event, more than 400 additional people listened to the archived seminar on HR.com.
