SetFocus, a leading provider of software developer training, has been selected as one of five Semi-Finalists for the 2004 New Jersey Family Business of the Year Award, in the sales up to $10 million category.

Criteria for selection include multi-generational family ownership, on going profitability, and contributions to community service. The Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies at Farleigh sponsors the awards, which established a Family Business Forum in 1992 to support family businesses. This annual event, which selects the finest family businesses in the state, will recognize the finalists and semi-finalists at an awards luncheon in October.

The competition is sponsored by NJ Monthly, PNC Bank, and the Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies. Co-sponsors include Camares Communication Inc., Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of NJ, Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland, and Peretti LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Public Service Electric & Gas Company.
