Inventors, writers, artists, mad scientists -- anyone with a creative thought or idea, take heart. This month, iCubis launched the first-ever web site that is geared solely to helping the worlds creative minds sell themselves and their products. This creators website, www.icubis.com, was developed with the aim of providing all creators with very low cost tools, free education, protection measures, and immediate worldwide exposure to the most likely potential buyers of their creations.

We created iCubis first and foremost for creators and inventors, but it will also revolutionize the way buyers go about finding new ideas and talent," said Joe Shumaker, creator of iCubis and lifelong inventor. The online inventor 'support sites available today are, frankly, not very supportive. Many are just plain scammy, and others focus exclusively only on those ideas already patented or ready to be submitted for patents. Most great ideas succeed or fail far before any patent is completed, with many good ideas abandoned in frustration because there is no other way to get help and exposure. Were here to change that."

The iCubis.com website has been in development for only three months. It is partially funded through a grant from the Maine Technological Institute, and its goal is to spur development of new business -- not only in Maine but also across the entire U. S and, ultimately, the world. The site itself is currently conducting a market survey to better define the content and services associated with the ultimate iCubis idea database that will be created in the near future.

Included on the site is every imaginable category of creator, buyer, advertiser, and government entity that could benefit from iCubis suite of low-cost protective tools and services. Users can come to buy an idea, sell an idea or original work, market themselves and their unique talents, or just post on one of the several forums established to spur discussion, debate, and information sharing among this creative community. All members will get equal treatment and visibility for their ideas. They will also be rewarded, albeit somewhat intangibly, by being added to the 'iCubis cube, which is a growing monument to creative energy and thought. With each idea comes another side to an expanding number of cubes, growing eternally with the iCubis memberships growth and idea production.
