The REAL Norman Lamont inflicts music with gratuitous violins!
Singer-songwriter Norman Lamont - NOT the former UK cabinet minister - announces Edinburgh Festival dates to air his new album 'The Wolf Who Snared the Moon'. This collection of witty and elegant songs has been described in one review as 'belting genius!'
(PRWEB) August 13, 2004 -- From the opening bars of the first track, featuring massed mandolins, tango rhythms, swirls of Hammond organ and a metal guitar solo, it's clear that fitting into musical marketing categories is not high on this songwriter's priority list. Traditional 'love' topics are few and far between, in a world where spirits hover above a couple making love, wolves stand in the shadows, characters find eyeballs in unexpected places and Bob Dylan wanders through a landscape of Dylan clones.
