Minneapolis DJ Jon Frank to Provide Music for MTV's Real World

MTV's Real World has licensed Jon Frank's "Amstel 20" for upcoming seasons

Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) August 14, 2004 -- Jon Franks debut artist album 'Amstel 20' has been licensed in its entirety by MTV for the forthcoming season of the hit reality TV show The Real World. Set in Philadelphia, The Real World's 15th series goes to air in late August 2004. Jons music is to be used for the upcoming seasons of Road Rules and Extreme/All Star Challenge as well.

Artist, producer, DJ and classically-trained musician Jon Frank has been producing and djing electronic dance music since 1996. For over five years he has lent his engineering expertise to various notable producers such as Woody McBride and Freddy Fresh. Jons contributions to the recent 2003 Winter Music Conference Compilation CD was proclaimed as one of the most promising songs by an up and coming artist.

Jons music has been showcased worldwide in such prominent publications as Atome Magazine, Paris -- City Pages Magazine, Minneapolis -- Pulse Magazine, Minneapolis -- DJ Magazine, London -- DMC, Global. He has performed in clubs such as Fever Bar in Belgium, Rein Club in Germany and First Avenue in Minneapolis.

Jon Franks record company, Wanted Music, is a Minneapolis-based trance label created early in 2004. Owned and operated by Jon Frank, the label plans to acquire additional trance talent in the coming year.
