·Second quarter, 2004 year-over-year revenue growth. ViaWests core revenues grew 51 percent on an organic basis for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 as compared to the same quarter 2003.

·Second quarter, 2004 Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) growth. ViaWests EBITDA grew 1000 percent on an organic basis for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 as compared to the same quarter 2003.
