Peter Ross of the law firm of Browne & Woods LLP, Beverly Hills, CA has accepted a seat on the board of spinal industry company OrthoTec.

Recently, Mr. Peter Ross successfully represented OrthoTec in a lawsuit against French manufacturer Eurosurgical, S.A. Following trial, the court found OrthoTec to be the sole, legitimate holder of all intellectual property rights in North America to spinal implants and surgical tools marketed under the trade names SCS, Claris, Zenith and Oria. The jury awarded OrthoTec $9,000,000 in damages against Eurosurgical.
