Realtor Associate Beverly BJ" Adkins Introduces Handy Andy Program
Century 21® Realtor Associate, Beverly Adkins, is proud to announce the introduction of her new Handy Andy program. The Handy Andy program is a free initial home maintenance service offered to new homebuyers using Adkins as their realtor.
Honolulu, HI (PRWEB) August 15, 2004 -- The free service begins approximately two to three weeks following a home buyers purchase and move in. A highly trained and licensed contractor, specifically chosen by Adkins, comes to the clients home to perform routine, yet much needed, tasks around the home.
Maintenance such as re-keying locks, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in homes that lack them and replacing batteries in homes that already have them come with this free service. In addition, Adkinss Handy Andy service also offers her clients two additional hours of free labor for projects such as weather stripping, installing storm windows or sun screens, painting, fixing doors, installing ceiling fans, and a host of other minor house maintenance chores. Upon their move in, Adkins also instructs her clients to keep a list on their refrigerator of all those little things that they invariably will find after moving in that are in need of attention. Should the new homeowner want to contract for additional labor and projects, they are able to do so directly with Adkinss contractor.
Adkins says a fellow REALTOR®, Curits Hall, shared the idea as a means to better serve her clients, especially new homeowners who may not be familiar with initial home maintenance, or those who have busy schedules and may not be able to schedule such maintenance otherwise.
