The Chef2Chef.Net Culinary Portal and the Chimney Park Bistro are teaming up on the evening of August 23, 2004 for a gala event that promises to become the ultimate dining experience and the largest culinary event ever to hit Main Street in Windsor, Colorado. Along with the proceeds of a silent auction, this event will benefit the Chef2Chef Culinary Student Grant program.

Eight nationally renowned chefs will prepare a lavish 8-course dinner. Each course is complimented with a carefully matched wine. The culinary accomplishment of the 8 chefs includes the operation of a Zagat top ranked restaurant, executive chef of a 4 star restaurant, restaurateur magazine chef of the year as well as authors and co-authors of several cooking books.

Members of this culinary "Dream Team" have appeared on Food TV Network Shows, the Good Morning Show, cooked at the James Beard House and conducted demo classes and training for the next generation of great chefs in colleges and universities throughout North America.

They have served notables including five U.S. Presidents, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Shania Twain, Pierce Brosnan and cooked for events such as the Black Theatre Festival, the Crosby and the Vantage golf tournaments. They are active members in culinary research & development, the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and American Culinary Federation (ACF).

The menu courses include avocado and caviar eggs with chunky tomato coulis; noodle galettte with sauteed mushrooms and cumin-infused celery root broth; herb crusted Colorado trout, sweet corn, quinoa and shellfish stock reduction; salad greens from the Colorado State University gardens; Black Forrest pheasant filled with beef tenderloin, red cabbage, mushrooms and onions served on a potato pancake; assorted domestic & local cheeses with accompaniments; petit fours, coconut 5-spice meringue macaroons and a crème brulée dessert served in an edible, Swiss chocolate demi-tasse cup.

On Monday, August 23, 2004, the dining room will be seated at 7:30 PM. The price is set at $100 per person (all-inclusive), seating is limited and reservations are required.
