Dynamic Predictables sees September 2004 temperatures close to usual levels with a tendency for warmer than usual readings east of the ROckies.
Columbia, Missouri (PRWEB) August 17, 2004 -- Dynamic Predictables releases to the public today its September 2004 mean monthly outlooks of temperature and precipitation for all climate divisions of the United States. Dynamic Predictables forecast categories include: Near Average, Above Average or Below Average temperature and precipitation. No division is designated EC" or climatological," that is, having an equal likelihood of normal, above normal or below normal, in effect, no forecast. Dynamic Predictables suite of dynamic computer algorithms is physics based and not dependant upon sea surface temperature patterns or any other trendy environmental anomaly.
The forecasts should be useful to agriculture, construction, distribution and energy interests. The product released to the public has been derived from one of the basic suite of proprietary algorithms developed by Dynamic Predictables and the output will be available after the defined date on their web site, www.dynamicpredictables.com .
DESCRIPTIVE TEMPERATURES PARAGRAPH: September temperatures will average close to usual levels although there will be a tendency for cooler than usual temperatures from the Rockies west and for warmer than usual readings east of the Rockies.
DESCRIPTIVE PRECIPITATION PARAGRAPH: September precipitation will average on the dry side of usual with the following exceptions; Average to Above Average in the Pacific Northwest, Central to Southern Plains and the far Southeast.
