WFB founders Sunny Dhaliwal, Sergei Tashlikowich and Dave Zirnhelt bought out Sequestra's stake in Wholesale Furniture Brokers for an undisclosed amount. When asked to comment on the decision, WFB President, Dave Zirnhelt stated, "WFB wouldn't be where it is today without the contributions of Sequestra Solutions but the goals of the two companies simply grew in different directions. In the best interest of both businesses, an amicable agreement was reached."

Now, SilverServers Inc. is the sole provider of technological applications for http://www.GoWFB.com, helping the expanding company meet the demands of their growing customer base. "SilverServers has far surpassed any professional expectations we could have had of them", says Sean Power, Director of Information Technology for WFB. The new site has additional features that the old site was simply unable to support, giving WFB customers additional options in getting immediate information.
