Extraordinary two-day, interactive event for HR professionals scheduled for Atlanta: IHRIM presents Innovation Forum 2004.

Unique in its structure, the Innovation Forum is a planned, interactive learning event; the main objective is to have the attendees actively participate by working on a team. Each team will have as its mission to create a business case presentation that addresses and provides a strategy to a fictitious organizations C-Level Board of Directors that will show strategic and tactical initiatives to help solve the business problem or issue.


(Atlanta, GA, USA) After a successful launch in 2003, IHRIM is scheduling the Innovation Forum again this year, October 3-5 at the Delta Air Lines Training Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Unique in its structure, the Innovation Forum is a planned, interactive learning event; the main objective is to have the attendees actively participate by working on a team. Each team will have as its mission to create a business case presentation that addresses and provides a strategy to a fictitious organizations C-Level Board of Directors that will show strategic and tactical initiatives to help solve the business problem or issue.

The value to attendees includes the opportunity to:
·   Work on a business problem that could be similar to one they are really facing,
·   Gain expertise from other attendees and subject matter experts on current topics,
·   Hear from actual C-Level executives what they expect from HR Technology and a Business Case presentation, ROI etc., and
·   Gain exposure and ideas from team members and all other attendees faced with similar problems and business issues and drivers.

This years C-level participants include Gregory B. Morrison, vice president and CIO for Cox Enterprises, Inc., Kenneth J. The Innovation Forums subject matter experts (SMEs) include Rich Berger, vice president of HR Process and Architecture for ACS Global HR Solutions, Outsourcing SME; Jane Paradiso, National Leader of Watson Wyatts Workforce Planning Practice, Talent Management SME; and James Hatch, partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers/Saratoga Institute, HR Metrics SME.
