Sue Anderson, campus director of Pima Medical Institute in Denver, recently celebrated her 20th year with the company.
Denver, CO (PRWEB) August 20, 2004 -- In 1984 people were dancing to Foot Loose, listening to Purple Rain by Prince and watching Ghost Busters, but for Sue Anderson, campus director of the Pima Medical Institutes Campus at 1701 W. 72nd Ave., Suite 130 in Denver, it was the year she joined PMI.
Anderson recently celebrated her 20th anniversary with Pima Medical Institute, the last 16 being in Colorado where she opened the Denver campus. Since that time nearly 4,500 have graduated from the campus and entered into the area of healthcare, where career opportunities continue to soar.
We have seen amazing advancements in technology in the past two decades in healthcare, but one thing remains constant," said Anderson. The seeds for future growth must be planted in the classroom. When you start with a good foundation, gain practical hands-on experience and keep a positive attitude, you can expect to go far."
The Denver campus has programs for: Dental Assistant; Medical Assistant; Medical Secretary, Ophthalmic Medical Technician, Pharmacy Technician; Physical Therapist Assistant; Veterinary Assistant; Phlebotomy Technician, Radiography and Respiratory Therapy.
