Narayanaswamy Hariharan Takes on COO Mantle at Netkraft

The Netkraft-Adea Solutions merger has further consolidated its operations by giving Narayanaswamy (popularly know as 'Swamy) Hariharan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organisation, the additional mantle of Chief Operating Officer, India Operations.

His achievements in the past include raising several rounds of equity, capital restructuring and merger and acquisition deals. Prior to joining Netkraft, Swamy was Vice President at ICICI OneSource, the BPO arm of the ICICI group.
