A soft yet crunchy deep pan crust pizza, this is a genuine gourmet style product. It has a robust flavour of garlic, herbs and Italian cheeses (Romano and Parmesan) baked right into every bite.

These pizzas are deep and fluffy with a crunchy outer crust, and the contrast in textures is a real treat. The dough for the Sicilian pizzas, which took months of research, has been blended with garlic, herbs and Italian cheeses, which bring about a very flavorful crust. The uniqueness is accentuated by the fact that is a square shaped pizza.

The Sicilian Pizza is best enjoyed with a range of exquisite toppings and two very unique specially crafted sauces:
a)   A very flavorful tomato sauce made with a crush of tomatoes and blended with herbs and select spices
b)   A very rich and creamy sauce made with select Italian cheeses, cream and a bouquet of herbs; a perfect complement to the new deep, soft and crunchy crust
