Recently employed by Callidus Software as the senior director of Product Marketing, her duties included overseeing the companyÂs go-to-market strategies for their EIM solutions. She has been successful in designing, implementing and administering strategic programs to drive increased shareholder value as demonstrated by the receipt of the 2003 Sales and Marketing Superstar award.
Prior to Callidus, Tracy held the position of director of Global Workforce Applications Strategy for PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management (HCM) division for six years driving product direction through close relationships with customers to identify current and upcoming trends in the market in areas of HR, compensation, learning, performance management and analytics. Tracy is a published thought leader in major HR trade publications and frequently speaks at US and International conferences on topics such as the changing role of HR, global technologies in HCM practices and strategic HR.
