Straight 2 You Networks, straight2you.net Under New Ownership effective August 1, 2004

Straight2You Networks is officially under new ownership as of August 1st 2004.

(PRWEB) August 23, 2004 -- Effective August 1st 2004 Straight 2 You Networks (straight2you and straight2you.net) are under new ownership. Details of the purchase of the company have been sent to the members of Straight2you and straight2you.net.

August 1st 2004- Straight 2 you turns over ownership to Internet Services, Inc, a Manhattan based Dialup Internet Service Aggregator. Internet Services has taken over operations for Straight2You's dialup, isdn, hosting, and billing from the previous owners.

From the beginning, Straight 2 You' ownership had major growing pains the moment Straight2You went national. Straight 2 You was New York City's largest ISP, with a total of 96,000 subscribers utilizing dialup, isdn, and DSL. In December of 2003, they launched a major advertising campaign to provide services nationwide, and to purchase other failing ISP's, and ASP's.

Since December 2003, Straight2You.net has acquired over 50K, nationwide dialup accounts thru it's own merit, and over 290K accounts thru buyouts or purchases of other ISP's. During this time, Straight 2 You had issues with capacity, and most of all, with billing. Customers were billed multiple times during the same month accidentally because of their billing software, which was not apt to handle such a subscriber base These issues finally came to a screeching halt on August 1st 2004, when Internet Services took the reins of Straight 2 You.

Internet Services, Inc, will not raise the customers monthly service fees. Internet Services has also completely revamped their products and services, in addition to their employees that we've acquired during the purchase of straight2you.net.

Mr. Cundiff is no longer with Straight 2 You Networks, and has exited the Internet Service Provider Industry. Mr. Cundiff created a fantastic product, and service idea, however it became to much for him, and staff to handle.

We hope that this clears up any confusion going around the internet about Straight 2 You. Please note we are doing everything we can possibly do to clean this situation up so our users can surf the web, without the past hassles and concerns.
