New Investment Management Program Helps Commericial Real Estate Companies Increase Quality and Profit

New York based developers of EMCS announced today the nationwide launch of their proprietary portfolio of retail property management solutions designed for use by REITs and other land investment and development companies.

New York, NY (PRWEB) August 25, 2004 -- The New York based development team of EMCS today announced they have begun marketing nationwide a hybrid portfolio of retail property management products and services to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) and other US-based land investment and development companies.

EMCS (External Market Control Systems) is a survey-based consumer marketing program that helps commercial real estate professionals track and control the quality of service retailers make available to their customers on a daily basis. Currently, program consultants are targeting select companies who own retail properties located at or near popular US travel destinations. Preliminary test results identified Las Vegas, southern California, south Florida, and the Hawaiian Islands as particularly receptive market entry points. EMCS promotional efforts will expand to include New York City, northern California and Chicago beginning in January 2005.
