The announcement of Trader Joes coming into the shopping center kicks off Tallen & Keshen Holdings strategic plan with PMF Investments to revitalize the center and enhance the tenant mix. Work has begun on the vacant hardware store site at Green Firs and the garden center has been removed and paved to provide for additional parking. Phase one of the exterior building renovation should be completed by mid-November 2004.

The new Trader Joes store, located at 38th and Bridgeport Way, will be located in the Northwest corner of the Green Firs Village Shopping Center and is expected to significantly increase the number of shoppers at Green Firs Village and will be a valuable addition to the community. There will be one new retail space of 1,800 sq. ft. created by the addition of Trader Joes and Tallen & Keshen Holdings/Retail Enterprise Group is actively seeking a new tenant for the premises. An additional space of 5,000 sq. ft. will prospectively be available in Phase Two of the renovation.
