Harvey F. Jones, 69, of Groveport, OH has in publication a book on himself and his twin brother, titled "The Jones Boys, Their Lives and Times."
The Jones Boys lived a tough life, being the sons of a tyrannical father who worked them too hard, so at age 18 they ran away and joined the military. Their escapades, joys and downfalls tell the history of these twins from Canonsburg,PA. Their story encompasses several states where they had many adventures
(PRWEB) August 31, 2004 -- Harvey F. Jones, 69, presently of Groveport, Ohio, has joined the ranks of published authors. His first book "The Jones Boys, Their Lives and Times" will be available on Sep 17th at most bookstores. This is a true account of the Jones Boys from Canonsburg, PA, Newark, Ohio, Columbus, Ohio, and Moses Lake and Wenatchee, Washington.
His book was published by Publish America of Frederick, MD, and they presently have his second book in preparation to publish. Mr Jones has written many booklets and newsletters for the military as well as assisting in putting together a military manual.
The second book is titled "Red Dog War," and is fictional, with some bit of truth in it.
Mr. Jones says he has always wanted to write the story of his life, but finally decided to do so when his twin brother died in 2002. He says, "If I don't tell the story, no one will ever know what we went thru."
