Jury Finds Spa Capsule Infringes Aqua Massage International (AMI) Patent Case No. 03-60493-CIV-COHN/SNOW

Fort Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) August 29, 2004 -- After a lengthy trial in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, a jury found that Simulated Environment Concepts' Spa Capsule infringes Aqua Massage International's Patent No. 4,908,016.

The jury also found that AMI's non-compete agreement was reasonable in geographic scope and time, and that Ella Frenkel Licht and Allen Licht are each liable for damages to compensate AMI for breach of contract.
