MN Film & TV Board, New Staff, New Sponsor

The MN Film & TV Board brings business home for local Marriott Hotels and hires veteran commercial producer Ms. Michael Chaney

Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) August 29, 2004 --- The Minnesota Film & TV Board welcomes locally based CSM Corporation, a locally based real estate development and management firm. Over the summer, CSM Lodging divisions Marriott Hotels in Minneapolis generated over $23K in sales due to the production of FACTOTUM, a locally shot independent feature film. CSM Lodging owns and operates 32 Marriott, Hilton, and Country Inn hotels across the United States

Another exciting new development at the Film & TV Board is the addition of Ms. Michael Chaney to the staff. Chaney brings over 20 years of experience as a commercial producer with Cleveland, Ohios WYSE Advertising serving clients like Mead Westvaco, Federal Mogul, Applebees International, Kendall Motor Oil, Stouffer Hotels and Resorts.

As Manager of Production, Chaney oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, responding to some 20 production inquiries each week and managing some 44,000 location files.

Ms. Kelly Pratt Raymond, now in her 17th year of involvement with the Film & TV Board is promoted to Managing Director. Based in Detroit Lakes, Pratt Raymond pursues opportunities in greater Minnesota and manages the creation and distribution of the MN Production Guide. Each year, the MN Film & TV Board releases an extensive list of local production resources and talent that producers rely on when coming here to shoot.

Craig Rice continues to serve the Film & TV Board as Board Chair, heading up the very active board of directors guiding the development of the Film & TV Board.

Our Mission: The Minnesota Film and TV Board is a non-profit professional service organization designated by the State of Minnesota to develop the Minnesota film/video production industry as a force for economic and creative growth.
