Rochester Fast Ferry

FastFerryTickets.com discontinues the sale of tickets for the Rochester Fast Ferry.

(PRWEB) August 29, 2004 -- Residents of Western, NY will be missing something this week. PTS walk on Boarding passes for the Fast Ferry in Rochester, NY will not be sold anymore. The Fast Ferry is an international ship that carries passengers and vehicles between Rochester and Toronto.

Due to the companies inability to keep passengers who purchased the special discount packages happy CATs has cut the program. Passengers have complained how unorganized the company is. An employee in charge of sales has mentioned how the program was not setup correctly. She felt the program was misleading and has blamed many of the ships late departures and returns on the PTS ticket program.

FastFerryTickets.com is not sure when ticket sales will resume. We have been told all passengers holding a PTS boarding pass must use it by December 2004. Any boarding passes not used before then will be voided.

The CATs Fast Ferry made its first departure from Rochester at the end of June. On September 1, 2004 FastFerryTickets.com and all PTS partners will discontinue the sale of the PTS boarding passes.
