The Cozy Home Receives Top Award by Utah Parade of Homes and Salt Lake Home Builders Association

28 August, 2004 -- SALT LAKE CITY-The Cozy Home has been recognized as the Interior Designer of the Year for 2004 by the Utah Parade of Homes and the Salt Lake Home Builders Association. Receiving the coveted award at the Annual Awards Banquet in the category of homes ranging from $495,000 - $700,000, the Cozy Home is a unique home furnishings and interior-decorating store located in Draper. The home selected was the Majestic Woods, located at 12531 Moonlite Hill Drive in Herriman.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (PRWEB) August 29, 2004 -- Annually the Utah Parade of Homes and the Salt Lake Home Builders Association recognize those individuals and companies who excel in the following categories: Best Architect, Best Home Design, Best Interior Design and Best of Show. Award recipients for Interior Design are judged on creativity, aesthetics, comfort and functionality.
